Good:

Device shows some visible light surface scratches or marks on the screen and/or rear with any visible dents. Light Surface scratches on the screen may not be visible when this device is turned on during using. Seller would rate it 8 out of 10.

Fair:

Device shows many visible scratches on the screen and rear. This can include some deep scratches on the screen and/or minor dents on the rear or side of the device. Seller would rate it 7.5 out of 10
