We're so confident in our devices that we offer a complimentary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all device orders (excluding accessories). The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is only valid from 30-Days of the date of delivery. Simply email one of our support staff on store.techzone@gmail.com. We'll then replace or refund your device. We don't refund postage costs.
This 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is in addition to the product 12 months warranty (details are below on this page)
Money-back guarantee return policy includes the following terms:
- All devices must be returned within 30-Days of delivery to be eligible.
- Any returned devices must be unlocked – no pin code and no Google/iCloud lock on the device.
- The device has not been dropped, liquid damaged or exposed to any conditions that would deem the device unusable.
- This item should be in the same condition as you received it.
- The device must not have been repaired, modified or altered in any way by any Third-party repairer or software.
- The device should possess all the original accessories that were sent with it.
- All the manuals and necessary packing are to be returned with it.
- It should be in undamaged condition free of cuts and marks on its body.
- The refund amount does not cover the transport charges as they were paid to the delivery services.
The return policy start from the date of delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Such as the phone box is opened or the phone is activated (for brand new phones)
We usually process returns within 7 business days.
12 Months Warranty:
- We offer 12 months’ warranty on all of the products.
- We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DoA) within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any DoAs must be contact/return to us within 7 days of delivery.
- Prior to returning any item, must contact our friendly Customer Service on store.techzone@gmail.com.
- If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 30-day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer expense.
- Item must be returned before any refund is issued.
- All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty. e.g. Battery, earphone, cable, carry bag etc.
- Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.
- Warranty is void if the phone has been dropped, misused, water damaged, modified or tampered with altering the original manufacturer's design. We will not reimburse payments for repairs carried out by Third Party repairers.
- Third party repairs will void the Seller warranty.
- Any returned devices must be unlocked – no pin code and no Google/iCloud lock on the device.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
